1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the yk666 website accessible at yk666.io, including all associated pages, features, services, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access betting, casino, and cashier services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on yk666 or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from any gambling platform;
• Accept that all decisions made by yk666 under these Terms are final and binding in the absence of demonstrated error.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The yk666 Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all bets voided, and all funds returned (net of any winnings generated during the period of underage access, which will be forfeited).

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain an account on yk666:

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of yk666, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account remains accurate and up to date. yk666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any winnings generated from an Account registered under false details may be forfeited.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the yk666 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. yk666 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held therein forfeited.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

yk666 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal request. Verification may be requested at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of residential address dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. yk666 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Contact yk666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

yk666 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such access is directly attributable to yk666's own systems being compromised.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yk666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who wish to increase their deposit limits may contact support for a limit review, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account in real time. Bank card deposits may require up to one (1) hour to be confirmed and credited, depending on the issuing institution. yk666 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments — the name on the deposit payment method must match the name on the registered Account.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on yk666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If a deposit is made in a different currency, the equivalent BDT amount will be applied using the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. Any associated currency conversion fees charged by the Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from Real Funds Balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. A withdrawal request may only be submitted once the Player's Account has been KYC-verified.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

yk666 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 24 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): 1–3 business days;
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Processing times may be extended in cases where additional KYC documentation is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review process.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. yk666 reserves the right to require the use of a specific payment method for withdrawal where anti-fraud policies require it.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the Player's Account balance until the minimum is reached.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on yk666 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates, and expiry dates.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer details at the time it is presented to the Player.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

yk666 does not permit bonus abuse, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where yk666 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, remove the bonus funds, and — in cases of repeated or egregious abuse — suspend the Account.

8.4 Promotional Modifications

yk666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where technical errors have caused incorrect promotional terms to be displayed. Where a promotion has already been accepted in good faith by a Player before it is withdrawn, yk666 will honour the promotion at the correctly intended terms.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on yk666 are binding once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. yk666 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

9.2 Odds and Market Errors

yk666 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds and betting markets are accurately priced. However, in the event that an obvious pricing error occurs (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), yk666 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund stakes to the Player's Account balance. What constitutes an obvious error is determined at yk666's reasonable discretion.

9.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Live odds are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed in the live betting interface, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. In the event of connectivity interruption affecting bet placement, yk666's server-side records will be the definitive record of all transactions.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

yk666 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on single bets, accumulator bets, or winnings from any single event. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are stated in the relevant market or sport-specific rules section of the Platform.

9.5 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious odds errors, and confirmed market integrity concerns. Void bets do not count toward Wagering Requirement calculations for bonus-funded play.

10 Casino & Games

10.3 RTP Transparency

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are theoretical values based on long-run statistical averages provided by the game developer. Actual returns to individual Players may differ significantly from the published theoretical RTP over any given session or period of play.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yk666 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any part of your Account Balance to any third party.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk666 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In no event shall yk666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ৳50,000, whichever is lower.

15 Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your yk666 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

15.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

yk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; confirmed fraud or money laundering activity; provision of false registration information; or persistent bonus abuse. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

16 Amendments to These Terms

yk666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yk666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.1.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through yk666's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
